Our stunning modern contemporary beach house, reminiscent of the vibrant Miami style with a touch of masculine elegance where every element has been carefully curated to create a luxurious and inviting space that captures the essence of the beach living while paying homage to the beauty of the sea. The stacked floors of our beach house represent different elements of the sea. The first floor symbolizes the serene seabed, with its muted tones and understated elegance. The second floor embodies the vibrant coral reefs, with its colourful and lively atmosphere. Finally, the third floor embodies the deep blue waters, creating a sense of tranquillity and escape. The entire residence has been designed considering environmental context with creative solutions in its form that maximizes natural light that enter the house and reduces the effects of direct solar incidence using screens, and shading devices. The skilfully placed balconies not only act as a buffer for the direct sunlight, but also provide much needed ventilation. The form also allows the surrounding winds to flow smoothly around and inside the house. Using these passive strategies, the house is masterfully designed to reduce energy consumption without compromising on its stunning views and unique design.
