Gee Gee Tranquil embodies quiet luxury- a retreat where calm shapes form & every element whisper elegance. Each floor is designed with one expansive apartment, balancing solitude with openness within a compact urban plot. Rising gently over five floors, the building’s sculptural façade draws inspiration from coastal erosion lines, with sinuous curves & driftwood-toned surfaces echoing the rhythm of the nearby shoreline. The North-East orientation invites morning light & lush park views, further enhanced by large-format windows & continuous balconies.
Spatially, each apartment is organized along a central spine that flows laterally from private arrival to outward-looking spaces. Open-plan interiors with minimal partitions & framed outdoor vignettes connect seamlessly to the exteriors. Bedrooms remain secluded & serene, ensuring each home feels both expansive & intimate. A rooftop sky deck with its stepped platforms & canopied zones acts as a shared retreat, encouraging a slower pace of city life.
Despite regulatory constraints, materiality & construction methods were carefully curated. The design achieves fluidity & openness through a hybrid concrete system & custom-fabricated curved framework, followed by use of thermally modified timber, locally sourced stone & low E-glass, balancing tactile richness with sustainability.
At every scale, Gee Gee Tranquil is a spatial rhythm where crafted detail & organic geometry converge to offer a modern yet grounded living experience.
